That thing has 1200hp? Nice, definitely a cool present!

A little OT, but how do you drive something with 1200hp on the road? Or do these guys not use them on the road?

well smokey had no problems with it on the road in japan Big Grin, on the last page the guy actually says how heavy the clutch is and does drive it on the road but it's taking a lot of getting used to.

1200bhp would probably be just about enough for the road :p only just though

Having never driven either, my argument would be that the Veyron was the result of several years and several millions worth of development by one of the world's biggest carmakers, so part of the design process would have been to build a car that would be usable everyday (and for almost a million quid it should be!)

I don't really know a lot about these hypertuned cars, but is there much in the thought process about usability or is it just to get as much power out of the engine as possible

lol dimis not mine mate, was a joke Big Grin

Parthi it depends on the tuner really, Top Secret are one of the biggest and most well known tuners in the world they pride themselves on making big but useable power from cars, don't get me wrong it's going to be a handfull on the road but it's also very much a daily driver similar to the JUN Super Lemon skyline that was on Top Gear a long time ago.
