Won't make the car faster, but it WILL enable you do drive faster through the bends etc. therefore making to a more rewarding drive.

Frankly I think that whichever upgraded ARBs you go for, you'll find an amazing improvement in handling.

It's a no-brainer at that Titan shop you linked to dimis, the Hotchkis ones are way cheaper from them, so I'd go for them. Though it depends what you can find more cheaply from elsewhere.
