Really struggled to get the car off the drive this morning, lucky it a hire car while the wife car get fixed after the two blown out tyres.
The hire car is a small corsa and other than struggling to get it off the drive it was fine.
I guess had i not had that i would of been at home today as my car would never of made it off the driveway.

Drive safe and leave loads of space between you and the car in front and allow loads of room to stop when coming to juctions in case of ice.:thumbup1:

End of my road has frozen and there's a T junction there which is covered in POLICE - SLOW signs.

Are people really so stupid they need to be told to drive slowly when there's snow on the ground?! :Chair:

Yep, I got stuck on my way home yesterday because of what looked like a stupid but reasonably bad crash - and it hadn't even started snowing yet!

ARGH :Chair: **** snow has completely screwed up my weekend now, can't drive down to my gf's as I can't get out of my close due to it being very steep and a T-Junction at the bottom.

Me and gf were also meant to have a consultation in london which we now won't be able to get to neither will my gf be able to get to work tomorrow night as there is nobody to look after the little lad, all in all i'm in one stinking mood today

Lets hope it thaws out later and I can get off my estate however the forecast i've seen is more snow.

Chill Winston! Just pull off in 3rd and you'll be fine!

Nothing stopping you getting the train to London Tongue

I am well impressed with otherDan getting here in his MR2, not sure I would have bothered.

I gotta drive to Northampton at 5, should be fun!

To all with RWD/front-engined cars, put some extra weight in your boot to help you with traction, e.g. a bag of sand, or whatever you can find !

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

BIG sub box:w00t:

Mine actually behaved itself this morning, unlike my neighbours Vectra, the hand break refused to come off - frozen solid.
