See the goverment are going to hit the motorist again.

We already pay extra on our insurance policy and fines, now the goverment want more money.

However at least this makes more sense to fine people that break the law, unlike the extra insurance cost added to our premiums.
Why should we the good motorist pay the insurance for the people that dont pay any insurance tax or MOT ?

The principle is good in theory, but at the end of the day it's just another stealth tax.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Speeding has no victim's technically. How can they charge a victims levy on it? I get fining a burglar or a murderer a "victims levy" but on speeding? Its taking the ****.

Scotland should pay more, as the costs for servicing a Lexus is cheaper up there than it is in England. lol

They should charge anyone that needs police, ambulance, A&E, fire etc if it is self inflicted through drink, drugs etc.

Why should people have to fund the NHS etc for drink and or drug abusers?

Very true, but a "fine" would go a long way to helping fund the already stressed NHS. You don't pay you don't get treatment, they would find the money then - simples.
