Was reading the stats for last year in our local express and star the other night, and read about the crime rate where we live!

Last year 92% of the crimes in my area were not solved or followed up?? But motorist convictions went up by 27% in the area??

Looking at the stats it goes to show who they pick on? I had my shed broken into twice, my bike nicked, and found an open safe hidden behind my shed full of drugs (The stats explain why nothing was done about it) Confusedhock:

So if you want to turn to a life of crime then the Midlands is the place to be, as long as you don't drive there to do it!!

I have nothing against the police, as i know most of the guys/girls in our area, and there not a bad lot, but what are they doing apart from picking on the motorist? even reported a drug dealer up our way last year but he's still doing his rounds!!

Bit of a rant but fed up with the place at the moment, think i need a :drink: or two :Sulk:

I think you find the same up and down the country mate.
You can not turn your head in Essex without seeing a speed camera.

Most areas Chris are poor at solving crime because the gov. don't care just pay lip service to the issues.
