Got a letter fron there insurance company.saying i was at fault cheeky feckers.oh am going to very busy next week. her manager phoned me to say that it was her fault and he was sending the forms away before christmas. Why do insurance company mess folk about argh.

as a police car was involved there should be a police accident report, request it NOW!

Why have the insurance stated it is your fault? what does the statement from the CSO say?

how can you be at fault if u were traveling stright and she pulled out ??/
she was not driving with due care and attention so thats a fine as well for her so i would push for that aswell and see if you can have her done lol

no her car was zurich am direct line. going to phone them on monday. see what they are playing at.

went in past the bodyshop also and they are waiting on parts coming like all parts, just as well am on holiday next week, not how i want to spend it chasing insurance companys.and i am not paying for a thing when she admited it was her fault,and her manager also phoned me to say the same thing,think zurich are just being tw ats, as i am hitting :Chair: them for everything.

i will. once i have phoned up my insurance to find out whats happening will keep you all posted. thats a month i have been with out my lex. at this rate might get it back for feb.Confusedad:

I dont possably know how she can claim she wasnt at fault. Im only learning to drive, but even i have been tought that a gap has to be big enough for me to pull out safely, unaffecting other road users. (EG Slowing them down, making them swerve). If i do that in my test, i will surely fail.

It just bewilders me how zurich can claim their party was not at fault, for pulling out infront of you...
