As per the thread in events discussion:

http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho...php?t=2302

I am organising another rolling road day - we did one of these last year with a few guys from OJC. It was a good day out and a great mix of cars. Everything from a standard IS200 up to a 450bhp MR2! Gord came down with his Focus ST and we had some 300ZX and 350Z's as well as a supercharged MK1 MR2.

Here's the thread from the last meet:
http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho....php?t=232

Date has now been finalized as the 27th of March which believe it or not is the first free day that Surrey Rolling Road have!!

Info on SRR here:
http://www.surreyrollingroad.co.uk/
Quote:Our facility is centred around a 4WD Dyno Dynamics Rolling Road, capable of handling up to 1200bhp. Widely regarded as one of the highest quality rolling roads produced today, our new facility is housed in a temperature controlled enclosure more than capable of channelling the immense cooling requirements of our customers’ most powerful vehicles.

Surrey Rolling Road Ltd,
Unit 120 Qinetiq
Chobham Lane
Surrey
KT16 0EE

Price will be £35 a head for 3 runs. £15 of that will be a deposit via paypal no later than the 19th of March with £20 to be paid in cash to SRR on the day. You get the print out to prove your power output in a folder once you're done.

The day starts around 10am and last time ran until around 3pm. People will be organised into groups so latecomers can be booked in later in the day, and people who need to get off early can run first.

I have arranged a slot with a local weighbridge in Woking. It's only 7 miles from the rolling road, and charges £10 per car for a printed ticket. The only slot they can do on the Saturday is between 9am and 11am. As I have to be at the rolling road at 10am to sort out deposits and the like I am aiming at hitting the weighbridge around 9am but others can of course go later on.

The weighbridge address is:

Day Aggregates
Guildford Road
Woking
Surrey
GU22 7QE

I'd quite like Stevie to organise a pub to go to afterwards for a spot of lunch!

01. toxo x2 (MR2 MK2 Turbo - IMOC) DEPOSIT PAID

lol, it was bound to conflict with something! SRR and Knockhill are fairly far apart though Big Grin I'd expect there will be some people from down south who will be free
