Hi all

With the cold weather lately and me not really driving the car that much, i got fed up of going out to the car to find the battery being flat and then having to wait for the AA to come and boost the battery, so went out and bought a booster pack a few weeks ago.

They normally go for about £50 odd at halfords, so thought id let you guys know of the offer maplins have :thumbup1:

I was in a hurry mate, and the AA said they would be about 2-3 hours :cursing:, popped down the road and saw this on offer, got home and thought it would start it as i hadnt charged it and it only showed half charge on the metre.....turned over straight away! Gonna make an effort to run it at least every other week now, especially while its cold

Sounds like you need a new battery to me, it should hold its charge fine. Cold weather often hastens the demise of a failing battery.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !
