Isn't that what the TRC does on the 300? that's what it does on the 200 reduces/kills the throttle when the wheels loose grip or that's I think it does anyway:blink:

40mm Lowering Springs, Re-sprayed Front, 6000K HID's, Re-furbed alloys, Bandit Induction Kit (cheers Chris), Raised boot spoiler with LED, Blue calipers with silver decals, De-badged rear, Chrome Oil Filler Cap (thanks to Chris again), White LED dash bulbs, Blue a/c control bulbs, Blue door markers and interior lights, Sony head unit, Chrome Lexus tax disc holder, TRD side skirts, Original Saloon Front Bumper re-fitted instead of Sportcross

I thought throttle controllers increased the sensitivity of the throttle on fly by wire systems, to give a more "sporty" feel??

So that's nothing to do with TRC thenHuh I guess Dino means Throttle Response Controlers not TRC(Traction Control) like what's already on the LEX soz my mistake:biggrin:

Pretty sure the IS300 has electronic throttle control, just like the IS200.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

lol i knew this would cause confusion stav and 2tongues and stevie are correct i do mean THROTLE RESPONSE CONTROLERS. i heard the 300 was electrically controlled as it had no mechanically moving parts not directly linked peddle to throttle body? (not sure if thats correct tho). the car banzai tested it on was an isf, so do all lex have lecky throtles?
thes gadgets are supposed to reduce spongy feel of accelerator peddle and mimic to the ecu that you've got a really really heavy quick right foot and amps the signal to the throttle making the engine open up quicker?? well thats the theory....

Going slightly off-topic, have you tried that simple mod that you can do to IS300s which just involves altering something to do with the throttle pedal, which is said to help the throttle response ? Sorry if that sounds a bit vague, I'm guessing you probably have heard of it but I can't remember the exact details. If you don't know what I'm on about I will find out more.
