Also, isn't the top-10 qualifying session run on low fuel ? Then the cars will all be filled up for the start of the race ?

If so, those top 10 front runners are starting off *very* heavy on used tyres, which isn't the best combination !

Added to that is the bigger problem that to qualify well you'll want to do it on soft tyres, but with a full tank you don't want to be starting the race on softs.

So either compromise quali by using hard tyres, or use soft tyres, qualify well but then need an early pit stop. It's all a bit stupid, but it might be interesting to begin with as everyone gets used to it.
