Rabster What harness did you get steve did it need custom work to fit etc any pics of it

For some cars the e-Manage Ultimate has a "plug and play" harness, but not for the IS200 unfortunately. So you have to use the "standard" harness. As I said though, the unit does come with wiring diagrams for lots of cars including the IS200, so this standard harness (the "long" one is better for the IS200) just needs custom wiring into the OEM ECU.

I just had a look and there seem to be 24 different connections that need making into the OEM ECU.

Sorry, I don't have any pics though. I do have the installation manual (PDF) if you want me to email it to you. It has a lot of wiring detail as well as the specifics for the IS200 (aka Altezza GXE10) though.

rob with a larger cooler there will be a benefit on hotter and colder days - but how much of a benefit still remains untested on our cars with the standard TTE cooler or the smaller ebay version that some of us have.

... as long as you don't have any pressure drop. Not saying you will, but it's another factor to bear in mind, especially given the low boost levels involved (so a small drop in boost could make quite a difference). As you say, it'd be interesting if someone could measure it.

Sorry if this sounds like an odd question, but why is it between a supercharger and coilovers ? The former will be a lot more expensive than the latter. I would strongly suggest getting some upgraded ARBs for your car before you consider coilovers (cheaper too), then looking at increasing the engine power later.

I know that a charger will cost more then a set of coilovers. But I have to start somewhere. Going to end up getting both eventually. I want coilovers before arbs because my car is a 99 s model, so looks a little 4x4 like!
Plus 10 year old shocks must be due for replacement soon. So rather then shell out for new units, just to upgrade them to coilovers at a later date seems a bit of a waste.
If you buy the right part for the job first time, saves a lot of money in the long run.
But its whether to spend on a charger while I have the funds available, or get all the ground work (i.e. suspension, brakes, exhaust and wheels) done first.

I would go for the coilovers mate, unless if you have the money to buy a SC and there is one for sale now. They rare as you know and not easy to get one.
