Saraj excellent, I will give this a go, as soon as my head stop aching from last night trying to work it out ! and will feedback.
I am doing it all manually at the moment, which I dont mind, however I have to show others how to use it, so if I can make it slicker, then it would be harder for them to break .:w00t:

much appreciated, will let you know how I get on and if i need any help !!
I love work at the moment, only thing is not many hours at work to make large changes, theres stuff which the process could be simplified, but cause i only do 20 hours not enough to make the changes at work,
this one I thought ill do at home and after work stay behind, as it also increases my skills at excel
