the spreadsheet it now up and running, gave it a try today from start to finish, and took 20 minutes to get the letters out in post.
15 minutes was folding the 84 letters and getting them into an evelope lool
works a dream, and has cut down the time from 2 hours to 20 mins.
now just got to write a set of instructions for others on how to use it.
Couldnt of done it without Parthiban for sure
