i cleaned the car yesterday and found 2 stone chips on the roof of the car they are only tiny but whats the best way to get them sorted??

yeah i would of thought so they are only small chips i will try and get some pics in a bit!

ok so not the greatest pics on a sunny day of orangy rust spots on a red car but you can kind of get the idea they are no bigger than a few millimeters in diameter but i know they are there now and i want them away lol.
steve i was surprised to see them rusted up so quick but thats the way they have gone Sad will it be covered under bodywork warrenty or whatever it is??

Touch up pencil first then get a lid of a spray can pour in some extra paint and mix it with some laquer keep building up slowly...

How old is the car ? The paintwork warranty for chips and stuff is a lot less than the anti-perforation warranty, in terms of duration. For the latter, the rust has to be coming from the inside.

steve its march 2002. thanks LB may have to go that way got quite a few chips on the bumper as well that will need some attention as well

I haven't re-read the warranty recently, but surely it covers stone chips that cause rust, albeit under a much shorter section of the warranty (i.e. not anti-perforation) ? Or have I got that wrong ?
