Tell you the truth I feel like a car dealer at the moment, but if all the deals I have lined up come off, I will be a very lucky/happy man, and clear far more than the selling price of the IS200........... I will do a thread once it is all done and dusted - it hopefully shows what can be done if enough time and effort and shear good luck can give you.

Bear in mind that Sky isn't an insurance underwriter, it's just a broker. So you and Phil are probably with completely different insurance underwriters, who have quoted back to Sky (Sky don't make up the quotes themselves) very different figures to do with the car.

I don't want to sound like an apologist for Sky, but I'm just trying to be fair. It might not be Sky who make the money on that at all, they will be passing a lot (all ?) of the money straight to the underwriter.

But like u say it's probly down to the underwriters
