Yep but it shows the torque rather than the fuelling as the other line :

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Thanks Steve. The reason i asked is that I was wondering what percent your loss was from fly to wheel as potentially they ran mine on an MR2 calc. Your Wheel HP is 78% of your calculated fly power wheras mine is 83%. If we use 78% calculated loss then mine would be 198.4 Bhp. Not that I know if tranmission loss is a percentage or Bhp figure.

From what I understand (and I could be wrong), the transmission losses are estimated when they run on the dyno by how much the transmission drags on the rollers when the car is put into neutral and is effectively coasting. I don't think this is 100% accurate but I think that's what they do.

So it should have been measured on your car, not just using some sort of fixed calculation. I would assume that SPC's dyno (given it's the same make/model of dyno) would give the same sort of figures as SRR's ?

SPC's is a better dyno than SSR's, as it runs the latest firmwear and softwear if newer means better?

However both dynoes have been shown to be within something like .01BHP of each other. I beleve Wayne (Supratruck) did the comparison.

As Steve says, the transmission losses are worked out per car. There isn't an 'mr2' setting and an 'is200' setting and so on. If they worked it out that way then all the people who didn't run MR2s would have meaningless results.

Not sure if you saw but before the runs there's a blue screen with red and yellow numbers on it where things like the rpm to speed ratio etc are set. Transmission loss is calculated at that stage.

FWIW the AFR on edeaths car was really really lean, which is where the power loss is coming from IMHO.

I'm sure Toxo is right and it was accurate, I was just speculating (and clutching at straws) whether it may have been calculated as MR not FR. If you do the standard +10 x 0.88 on my RWBHP you get 187BHP at the fly so it seems an accurate figure. However I do appreciate the outrage on my behalf Ormi Smile.

I'm just trying to work out how I've gone from 187Bhp to 198Bhp by having the fuel pump fixed and then right back down to 186Bhp after having a performance manifold fitted (apparently due to fuelling!)

It's really odd. Think I'll give SPC a ring on Monday and see what they think. I have reset the ECU and it does feel better. I'm not 100% sure its not placebo however because it does get gradually stronger after an ECU reset as it learns.

i hope you get it sorted mate....i need to get mine roaded but i need to but smaller clamps on the intercooler piping got a slight boost leak.
i have the pr0l3x manifold so i hope that doesn't loose me power!!!
