Marsdendean I know TDI sold a lad with a Yaris a manifold, and he lost *i think* 5 bhp and it cost him quite a bit!

Don't think that was TDI !

Yeah I can understand your frustration Ed, I'd be pretty annoyed too. But if Charlie from SRR thought your fuelling looked a bit off, then it's highly likely there's something up there. It would certainly explain a slight power deficiency if there isn't enough fuel going in, it's not like the fuelling was fine but power was down.

Have you had a chance to compare to your previous dyno graphs yet ? Is the power down right across the rev range or just at the top end ?

Might be worth starting a new thread over in the IS200 section and get opinions over there ? Just a thought, I wondered if more IS200 owners might have a look at it then ?

ormi what figures mesurements did they use for the 200??

Don't know exactly. But you can see how my rear wheel bhp and my flywheel bhp compare via my own graphs from a previous time (120.7 at the wheels measured, 153.9 calculated at the fly).

So Gord are you saying that actually a performance manifold is always going to sap power on an SCd IS due to the poor fuelling? Or would you think there's something amiss with mine?

Steve - I have compared the Dyno graphs and the torque is down right across the rev range compared to the 197 graph but slightly up on the pre fuel pump 187 graph except top end where its roughly the same. Fuelling wise it looks the same as the 197 graph but slightly down due to the increased air flow I assume. Its dificult to read the SRR one as well as the SPC one however.

ok, here are some pics. Sorry, but some of these are really bad

The IS200 in the pic is owned by one of the staff at SRR :

toxo swapping back his Celica ECU for the stock one :

toxo's seats. Blimey they are narrow, and I'm not a big guy !

Current-model Nissan Skyline. Remember that the current GT-R (R35) actually isn't a "Skyline" any more. This one is also sold as the Infiniti G37 :

Gord, surely Ed's fuelling shouldn't have got worse by changing the manifold though, should it ?
