Yes they are quite cheap. They are provided by Waffenschiemede in Austria. Many EU LOC members purchased this product all of them had problems with transmission noise. The kit is provide without rubber insulation and as revs increase the noise from the gear transmission increases significantly and is very annoying and irretating. Spoon had one for a while and took it off. You can ask him for more details. Most of members who had this kit combined it with the OEM. They cut both shifters at the base and used the base from the aftermarket and the top part from the OEM and welded them together. Not bad idea but i am not sure if it is 100% safe. Here, have a look:
