or you can just sell us the rings and clock surround and well buy the ss dials of jason

I have taken one centre dial off before and i had to bend it 90 degree's to prevent the needle from getting damaged. So the dial face was completely wrecked. Im not just saying that so you buy the dials from me! :blushing:
Oli, the problem with taking the dials off is that its alot harder to get them off than it is put them on. They slide over the needles and doing that in reverse can cause problems.

By the sound of it I would imagine it would be a pita to get rid of the adhesive residue on the clocks even of you did manage to get them off without ruining them
