I have a new printer AND IT WORKS
I have never confessed at being the most in tune with modern technology but somthing amazing happend the other week.
I used to have an old HP printer which was starting to sound not unlike a bag of spanners on a spin dryer. It had sounded like this for the past couple of years and the other week it ceased to function as a printer and more like a flashing light display.
So, on we go, shopping on tinternet and I bought myself a lovely new Samsung colour laser printer. Don't really know what it does differently to the other one, and nor am I that incliuned to find out either but this is the amazing thing. It was delivered, unpacked, pluged in, instructions followed to the letter and would you believe it, it worked first time with no problems at all. This is the first time somthing like that has ever happend to me when using a computer.
I thought I should share this with everyone on here who thinks that using a computer is a loosing battle. Keep fighting, because we're winning. I hope Mr Gates is reading this. Or the other guy from Apple. What'shisname Jobs.

Good that you've got yourself sorted out mate
Samsung make some decent stuff, though I always stuck with HP myself... Ease of use is something that the manufacturers are taking more and more notice of, as you can see with the way that they're all trying to make their products more user-friendly...
