aido I think the rule used to be over + 10% + 2mph, ie over 35 in a 30, although I did read someplaces have started lowering that but not sure, that seems about right to take account for any speedos that aren't calibrated right?
yea that was my understanding as well, i went pass one last week and i know i was not over by more than 1 or 2 mph as its a road i use every day, and i got right to the end just befor the markings on the road stop and it went off and as soon as i see it go of, i looked to see what speed i was doing , and i was just pass 30mph about 31 to 32, hhmmm

That enforcement should begin following the ten percent plus two mph rule Eg 50 mph + 10% (5) + m2 mph = 57.

Thata driver cannot be dealt with a Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty if the speeds reach the levels indicated in the last column

i got done for 34 in a 30, i was convinced it was a dual carrigway and was 40 !

Your speedo will be reading approx 10% over anyway, so if it said 31 or 32 then you will have only been doing abour 28 or 29mph.

Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !
