When using the High output to RCA converters, it it still possible that the speaker you are taking the feed from will still work?

I.e. take a feed from the rear speakers and then run an amp and sub, but still keep the rear speakers???

you can but i think it may take some of the quality away.

yes but the impedance shown will be diff to what the output is expecting..

Ok thanks for the info!! I am just looking at a sub for the Prius, I may just use the centre channel, thats a combo of left and right channels.
