Well to pass time I decided to pop to my local car supermarket to check some Is's out.

They only had one there, with one out on a test drive. Which was a IS250 SE-L Multimedia, the very car I wanted to check out closly.

The one I got a chance to see was a bog standard IS250, and what a pleasure that was !

The interior made me smile and I couldnt stop smiling whilst sat in it, I didnt know the auto's also had, paddle shifts??

Aux in in the arm rest, is a good feature. One downside, the side window panel where the window buttons ly, the whole thing is slantered? you cant rest your arm on it, which is a bit weird?

Anyhow, first time I came up close to one, and love it in all ways, tempted to pop back and check out the SE-L Multimedia one, to test the camera and sat nav !

Ok fair enough I probally will never be able to afford one, but being in one, has kinda motivated myself t get one ! My mind is now saying forget the IS200's and get a IS250 !!!!

Big GrinBig Grin

the one i got into, the battery was flat, the salesman said the previous viewer pressed a few buttons and left the lights on ! he said he could get the jump starter and get it going, which i said no need to, just need access to interior, which I now regret, maybe if I go again and get inside the Multimedia version, ill defo be starting it up and checking the specs out !!!

if you go to a main dealer they should give you one to play with for a few hours or even a day if you tell them you might want to buy one- youll need a driv licence and paper bit is all

seriously?? I was tempted to ask about a test drive, they took me very seriously, I went straight after work, and was in my full suit ! And I look like in my 30's rather then 22 !!!

Test drives, how would insurance work out on that?? Would i be covered, or would the dealer sort that out?

never noticed the sunvisors - insurance is on the dealer - when they loan you a car they say they will charge £17 for insurance but never charged me once i took it back nice and safe - for test drives there wont be a charge, i hear stories of them giving cars out for a day as a test drive-go in a main dealer and ask - cant do any harm at all

yh might do, just that main dealers, closet one is 45 minutes drive away !

Ill pop back to this supermarket on Monday straight after work in my suit, see if the black SE-L multimedia is there, and check that out and ask for test drive, if not then try the bog standard one.
