I had my lex lowered by 40mm using sport coil springs. Before that, the back end was higher. After changing springs the front really looks good but the back is still slightly higher. I want it to look level, is there any adjustment that will do that?

Mazda CX7. 2.3 Turbo MPS. Corksport air intake. Turbo Smart dual port.

With lowering springs, you're stuck with whatever height they are set at. Though bear in mind they will normally settle somewhat after installation. So if that lowering is new, put some heavy stuff in the boot (full tank of fuel will help) and give it a chance to settle a bit.

In theory you can cut down springs but most people would say that's rather dangerous and not recommended at all.

Another option I guess would be to source a set of rear springs that do have the height that you're after ?

Other than that, coilovers give you a full range of height adjustment so you can set the exact height yourself, but then you're talking a lot more money.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Thanks Steve. I'll let it hit a few bumps and see if it settles.

I had mine done and it's taken a while but the rear has settled to a similar level to the front, can depend on where your parked when looking at it aswell though mate.

40mm Lowering Springs, Re-sprayed Front, 6000K HID's, Re-furbed alloys, Bandit Induction Kit (cheers Chris), Raised boot spoiler with LED, Blue calipers with silver decals, De-badged rear, Chrome Oil Filler Cap (thanks to Chris again), White LED dash bulbs, Blue a/c control bulbs, Blue door markers and interior lights, Sony head unit, Chrome Lexus tax disc holder, TRD side skirts, Original Saloon Front Bumper re-fitted instead of Sportcross
