Demon I can't use this process for making radiator brackets as the thickest they can cut is 0.8mm so is wafer thin.
I may be able to look into something thoughIm waiting on a guy to get back to me (he's currently on holiday for a week). He works for a laser/water jet cutting company and im getting some really thick (12mm thick) Alloy pieces getting cut for my fuel cell im making. He has said there prices are reasonable and if all goes to plan i may be able to get something sorted.
If the prices are reasonable then this is what i was thinking. I can draw up all the cad files for a few parts. It might be worth offering a 'engine dress up kit' so for IS200 you could have say...........stainless rad panel, fuse cover, ecu cover, relay cover all for a set price. I will see what they charge for my fuel cell parts first, so don't get your hopes up yet........... :laugh:
