Unfortunately i killed a tyre on tuesday evening, so the 18's had to come off. I tried to fit my IS200 rims, only to find the rear spacers are no good, and that 215 45 17 tyres dont fit on the front of an MR2. So for the last 2 days i have been driving around with it looking like this

PLan is on friday i will be having two 215 40 17 tyres fitted to the rims that are on the car. I will get the garage to put those wheels on the front and the 18s on the rear. I can then drive home and fit the other pair of IS200 rims to the back with the 215 45 17 tyres on. It will have to be without spacers until i find some for it

I did buy new wheel nuts and locking nuts as well as the spacers. It a shame about the spacers as they look a nice bit of kit

Well i got the tyres fitted this afternoon. Got a pair of the cheapest tyres they had availale. Anyone heard of Autogrip?

So the car is now looking a bit better. Would sit better if i had the spacers, but at least its on the road.
