I got the same kit from the same seller last year- fast delivery. Go for 6000k bulbs.
A few of us have bought from here if you can wait a little for delivery, think it took under a week when i ordered. The only thing is, they come with a warrenty however would be a pain to post back if they become faulty......ive not had any problems wiith mine though....although the link Kam posted does look really good for the price, 2 years warrenty and they are the small ballasts!

I got my HIDs from diane-shop as well and think they're great although one of my ballasts has failed but they come with an 18month warranty and when I got in touch with them about the failed ballast they told me to send both back and will replace both of them so I get 2 new ballasts now. I'm sending mine back this week. Cant wait to get the hids back in as its like driving blind with halogen bulbs in again.
When you come to fit them, you'll find that if you plug them in "normally", they won't work.
For some reason, the IS200 wiring seems to be the "wrong" way round. So when it comes to plugging the connector from the car into the ballast, plug it in upside-down, and that should fix it. You may have to trim the connector if there is a tab preventing this, or you might just be able to force it.
Don't worry though, if you plug it in and it doesn't work, you won't break anything, it's just that the HIDs don't work.
