WOW, you guys really are friendly:thumbup:

Anti roll bars......But are they practical for the Speed Bump infested roads of London??

Been reading as much as I've been able too in regards to changing the timing belts etc and giving the car as good a service as is within my powers.

We try our best to be as freindly as possible untill the handbags come out lol.
yes mate arb's are fine with speed humps (altough id suggest going a little bit slower over some of them) as they dont really lower the height of the car all they do is reduce body roll so the car is a lot more flatter and stiffer and becomes more responsive in handling esp on the corners! then go for coilovers or lowering springs if you want to go low. then we can help you spend lots more on some other mods after  (turbos superchargers intakes exhausts interior bits you name it we'll help supply it :biggrinSmile
a good service will do the car wonders mate belts should be ok for between 60 to 100k miles or 10 years on the 300 so depending on how it looks it could be worth changing and also maybe the waterpump whilst its all apart as the pump is behind the belt and easier to do if your getting the belts off anyway. any questions you have mate just give us all a shout and we'll help you out

I would not suggest leaving the belts any longer than 60,000 or five years before checking them.

The hand book say 100,000 five years but there have been a number of belts that have look awful including one that i had that covered 77,000 miles it look like it was about to give up on the car. There have been belt known to snap before 100,000 it still surprises me Lexus recommend 100,000 knowing these problems

We have a plan......Superb!!
Defo Service, belts then some arb's and a louder backbox.

Strange but I'm actually looking forward to spending some money!!

You've just gotta love the sound of a Supercharger!!!

Haven't even told my son I got rid of the 525i Sport, hopefully he'll love the 300 just as much if not more.......I know I do!!!
