Clarification on links to commercial sellers
Clarification on links to commercial sellers
I have had a posting deleted, which I thought was a helpful one to other members. It was to a commercial website, to items which would undoubtedly be of interest to some other members, though I had not bought the specific item(s).
I was quoted part of the T's & C's, and told I could not link to items which I had not personally used.
So are a great many now existing posts going to be deleted too ? We can't link to items we haven't used ? You'd better delete my links to roof spoilers then, I haven't actually bought one of those.
Also everyone else's posts where they've linked to stuff they haven't bought, like cars on sale from traders.
Is there no common sense here ? :confused1:
Looks like Dimis long and very helpful ebay thread might disappear then:ohmy:
Exactly.
so how do we help each other to improve our cars, and give people other ideas that they could use? or else all our cars will end up looking the same and using the same parts as each other there would be no individuallity as we can only tell people of what we got and not what they could use?
I'm waiting for evidence to back up the implicit accusation (i.e. that I have some sort of link to the company involved) that has been made against me.
Guys this has been taken out of all contexted.
We have a new member in the club that has joined as a standard membership not a trader.
It so happened that Steve thread came on line as we asked the member not to use there company name in there username this is Standard T&C
I ask that you continue to use the forum in your normal way and understand that the club are looking after the interest of all members and Traders.
