I don't think it's fake, it's on bbc news as well, and apparently has happened before - how does something like that even happen though, how does the land suddenly give way and where does it go?

the water seaps through the earth and drains away in doing so it takes some of the soft/loose mud with it over time it creates a cave/caveren then over more time/heavy rain etc the cave gets bigger and bigger till the ground above drops away taking what ever it wants in its path.....its basicly the same as the clifs dropping away in too the water...it happens a lot....
