Gutted for you mate. Perhaps you may get a call tomorrow as they were to busy tonight? Wishful thinking maybe.
Homeserve''s a pain in the backside, there **** as looking at individual circumstances, but no harm in trying, and the only thing there will pay for is a course in customer services which i dont want, so no chance there
just applied for another two jobs on my local councils website,
Gutted for you mate,
Just been on a leadership course and they said that by law your allowed to see the notes made about you in the interview so go and ask for them.
you never know they may have said something offensive, then you wont need a job at all, court case anyone?

Yeah when theres an interview panel, the lead must at the end ask for the note of all the interviewers then they have to be filed away. Its all to do with equal opp etc.
ill let you know how i get on thanks Stav
Right ive spoken to them today, and basically the reason I did not get the job was because "your answers should have been about 2 minutes long, where as yours were about 4-5 minutes " hock:
lol so there were expecting me to be like any other applicant and give short simple questions and not be that little bit better, pisses me off even more.
ill be taking Stav's advise and writing an email or letter to them, asking for the notes from the interview, first need to find where in the law it states it, so i can make it clear.
Any help on this Stav?
It'll be somewhere in equal opps i reckon fella.
seems a strange answer to me,
just been looking on the net and its somewhere in freedom of information.
