More just a speculative question than one with any intent, but does adding power to an auto just give it too much risk of blowing up the box? Taking the standard car up to 250bhp ish would be a worthwhile increase, but could the box handle it?

Marsdendean the other option is fitting a different Auto box (steve told me thats an option) but can't remember which car it was from!
True, I just wondered whether the standard box could handle the power as I'm not sure what other cars this auto box was used in.
But I'd imagine once you start changing things like the gearbox, costs will also start to escalate.
