Just finished this this evening:

It will come with the vents as well, and just three wires out the back (ground, perm live, and switched live) that will control both the motor and the satnav.
It will work so that the sat nav turns on and off with the car and the screen remembers where you left it when it turns off (so if you left it open it'll re-open when you start the car) and obviously itll shut when you turn the car off.

After £200 for it?
Fair price?

And i can give you advice installing if needed (though it just needs fitting and the three wires connecting)

Think that looks pretty cool Stav...

I take it that's the OEM housing with a sony unit installed in it?

Does the satnav need updating (new dvds etc) at all?

Yeah mate, the satnav i was told by the seller of the nav was updated 6 months ago but i dont have the DVD's.

I take it you have just put the sat nav in without cutting the housing stav.mine is the same needs a bit more work.and I paid a hell of a lot more than that forthe sat nav then I was 140 just for the smaller housing.all because my built in DVD reader did not reconise the DVD anymore.

Ive used Silicone sealent mate, stinks while its drying but should do the trick, and will come off if the unit needs to be changed in the future
