employment tribunals
Well that was not as exciting as I thought :thumbdown::lol::lol:
sorry to disapoint,id rather it be more exciting
im in the CWU and its all been sorted with them just waiting on the solicitors now.
i have all copies of the meeting minutes and i have signed them once i was happy
You said in your post that the manager agreed that you could go early if you worked your break.
To me if that in the minutes then your manager is to blame.
Don't let your local union deal with this make sure your district official is then one defending you, as they have the better experience.
I would expect that you could get a few bob for them not following processes correctly.
At the moment for the solicitors to be involved this normally only happens if the district officer hand it over to their legal team, and you are saying they are involved.
As long as your manager has added that he gave you the option of working your break so you could go home your home and dry
how long did the process take for you gord?
i hope mine gets sorted that quick, apparently the tribunals like to have things sorted within 26 weeks
well ive already had the ''you have no chance of winning'' letter from the solicitors representing the company, basicly threatening me with their and the courts costs unless i withdraw my claim, like theres any chance im gonna do that
