todd Believe me, no fault accident will affect your next premium Sad

most of the time yes, but there are cases when it is a 100% claim on the 3rd party, and you should push for this to be as you wasnt even in the car so its a one way claim.......i had a drunk ass drive into the back of me and his insurance had 100% liability

Can't agree with no fault accidents affecting your premium.

My accident last year was 100% my fault and with protected NCB my premium was not affected, in fact it wend down on renewal.

I even checked the price and asked if the accident had loaded my premium or not and they said not - so how can a no fault accident load your premium?? The only answer to that is your insurance company is robbing you - change company.

2tongues so how can a no fault accident load your premium?? The only answer to that is your insurance company is robbing you - change company.

Happened with 3 separate companies, spoke to those in the insurance trade about it (one of whom is sitting beside me as I type this) as well and it is a fact.

If it didn't affect you then Smile

you could always ask the drivers company to fix it without going through the insurance then on-one will know, and your insurance wont go up.
