350Z Test Drive
350Z Test Drive
Well took the 350Z out for a spin and initial reactions were not as good as I hoped. Performance wise it was hard to tell on a short test but I felt my PZ had just as much acceleration as the 350 and the PZ benefits from the ability to rev to 8500rpm. Now the 350 might of needed a service so perhaps room for improvement. Handling was brilliant Michelins 18/45 245 on the back and Potenza 225 on the front so no problem with grip (in dry). Rays 18inch alloys all round, good looking wheels and Bermo brakes made sure the stopping was spot on.
Interior was no where as nice as the PZ, way too much plastic but comes with some gauges, sat nav plus a tape deck  and 6 changer CD.
I would look at the 350Z again but I felt this was not the best example of one.
Fast car with good exterior looks, fantastic brakes and good handling. Seats are very comfortable.
Poor interior, no boot to speak of, lack of visibility out the side windows, and as with the PZ high emissions so £425 road tax per year.
