If it was mine, I would keep it taxed if I could afford it (mini isn't too bad is it? ) especially over the winter months because at the very least you should run it a while at least once a fortnight and if you don't actually drive it or move it, you'll find the tyres end up flat spotted and the rubbers and belts start cracking .. In warmer months it's not quite so bad but I wouldn't leave a car of mine non moving that long over a winter period .. personallySmile

Cheers, yep was thinking along the same lines, the cost is minimal and not a huge issue, so might just keep it running (although it's all too easy to end up just leaving it in the garage anyway!)
