And other Brits just doing well over the limit in the individual countries all it would have taken was a large section of surface water and that would be the end of that car and any passengers it's frightening actually
we are by far the worst drivers for respect of the roads I think

What if it was a family car with kids in it that this happened to?
Yep it's really distorted, even if it is deserted and used by street racers, it's still a public road and that could have easily had a normal car driving down it - a blowout at 40mph could still be catastrophic.
Whoever did that is mentally ill and really needs to be stopped.........

Basically someone put nail in the road, hlued upwards, in the road where it was known to be streetracing, a cossie hit these, crash, the driver died, and three more in very serious conditions.
