Do the new headunits from recent years suffer from the same error codes as eariler versions? thought they would have fixed that problem

Do the new headunits from recent years suffer from the same error codes as eariler versions? thought they would have fixed that problem

I think they can do, but perhaps less often ? Just my rough impression rather than any kind of scientific study-based statement, of course :wink:

Don't know if head units that used to work with a satnav will work in a non-satnav-equipped car ? Also you need to be careful with putting a newer unit in an older car, some of the wiring might be different.

I might need the aircon pump but am still unsure if thats the reason my aircon aint working. All I know is that the pump aint engageing even tho the system has been regassed. Does anyone know someone who knows their stuff who could have a look at mine so I know whats up with it?

Might be the condenser matey.

40mm Lowering Springs, Re-sprayed Front, 6000K HID's, Re-furbed alloys, Bandit Induction Kit (cheers Chris), Raised boot spoiler with LED, Blue calipers with silver decals, De-badged rear, Chrome Oil Filler Cap (thanks to Chris again), White LED dash bulbs, Blue a/c control bulbs, Blue door markers and interior lights, Sony head unit, Chrome Lexus tax disc holder, TRD side skirts, Original Saloon Front Bumper re-fitted instead of Sportcross
