Was thinking of swapping over to all led bulbs, anyone done this yet on their is200?

Do i need red or white for the stop/tail as the lens is red all ready?

I know they do white looking leds that flash yellow for the signal/turn.

Are these any good or stick to ye olde type?

I always found the LEDs were never bright enough even if you buy the super bright ones compared to a normal bulb.

You couldnt see the brake lights during the day.

Ok guys small update, received a few led bulbs today and after fitting them in the indicators i found that they flashed too quick as if there was a bulb out!

Spoke to guru Stav who said i needed a led relay to prevent this, looked high and low across the net tonight but cant find one? And the ones on ebay only do the newer Lexus's.

Plus Stav also said that the brake warning light comes on when fitting stop/tail leds and the way round was to fit load resistors or remove the warning light bulb from the speedo cluster!

So its turning into a real cluster fu ck!

If anyone has any more suggestions i'm all ears, but for now its taking a back seat!

Try eBay item: 200825264330

As for the dash light. You can remove the bulb, fit the load resister (but the light out wont work anyway), or if you get the light failure unit in the boot you can remove two wires from that.
