Will Lexus ever learn how to setup their cars properly ?

The latest update on the long-term-test IS-F that CAR magazine have (in the October issue) contains the following comments, the car having done 20K miles :

Quote:... a pair of front Bridgestones which had worn alarmingly on the inner edges. Lexus Cambridge found nothing wrong with the geometry and Lexus GB has heard of no other cases, but it's clear something wasn't right

Oh dear. Tony, do you want to give CAR magazine a call ?

I assumed they were just talking about the IS-F. But if its OEM geometry is as "good" as the IS200's OEM geo, then I'd be amazed if Lexus GB really hadn't had any other examples. Sounds like they're treating it the same way as the IS200. Where's the "rolls eyes" smiley ?

They shouldn't be wearing unevenly though, even if it's driven hard. As a long-term test car it would have been used as a daily driver.
