Altezza eating tyres
Hi guys,
I'm planning on bringing my car down to you for a geo in the new year.
My car is lowered quite a lot although I don't know exactly how much? Possibly close to 3’’?
The last time the car was checked I had these settings (although the car was lowered another 1/2’’ since):
Front
Left Right
Camber: -1°13’ -1°18
Toe: 0°07’ 0°06’
Rear
Camber: -2°09’ -2°09’
Toe: 0°11’ 0°10’
Caster was not checked
Total Toe: 0°13’
Thrust Angle: -0°01’
My question is do you think you will be able to get the car within spec with the factory adjusters or will I need after market parts for a decent setup. I'm pretty sure the rear camber adjusters are maxed out, though I know it's not the camber itself that destroys tyres.
Cheers & Merry Christmas.
You can get adjustable front upper A arm ball joints from Eibach.
Kev if your planning a trip to the dr let me know as I'm thinking about a visit with one of mine we could convoy up maybe get a few more along too
