Hi y'all

Just bought my neighbours Lexus IS200 SE and thoroughly enjoying owning it for a week now. It's in immaculate condition having done 119k on a '01 plate. The engine is so quiet and I love all the switches in the cabin.

Only 2things need to be sorted. The stereo needs replacing. I've seen a Beat 350 which has an amber display which will blend in with the existing displays. I've not heard of Beat and a double din is £75 so I'm not expecting much. The other thing is getting the alloys refurbed. That's going to be about £300 so may have to wait a bit.

I've already bought most of autoglyms range and now my car is sparkling nicely. Although most of autoglyms products did the job well, it's scratch remover/paint renovator let me down. The scratches are not light but didn't disappear as much as I hoped.

Taking it out for a burn to Lewes today with the family so that's going to be nice. The wife likes the car because it has lights on the inside of the door Smile

Apologies for shockingly low quality pictures, my phone is horrendous!

I've not thought about it. Ill have to do some investigating. There's kerb marks on a couple and one looks very pitted.

About the dash colours - I had a mate in Wittering who does dash mods and new dials but I'm trying to keep things as original as possible.
