I am thinking of getting the very talented Mark at Abbey Motorsport to do an UPREV re-flash on my Zed. I have heard very good things about Abbey and their knowledge of Japanese cars is extensive (they have 40 years of experience). I just wondered if anyone has had a similar service carried out at other garages (or maybe even Abbey Motorsport too). The following webpage explains the process in detail:
http://www.abbeymotorsport.co.uk/site_flash/index3.html

I think it costs around £300 to £400.
Cheers

They are very good most of the members who have them on 350z-uk have had them done by Mark (they do a package too if you need any extra's, decats, plenum spacer etc) or by Horsham Developments. I have been down the garage before and met Mark at meets, he's a guy who know's his stuff!

Thinking of having a stage 2 tune done by them on my 350Z which includes this tuning I believe. Sent Mark a massive email the other day to see if he can do me a deal if I get the stage 2 and some suspension/brake changes done at the same time.

Mark maps my car, wouldn't trust it with anyone else! Running 511bhp on their hub dyno, he knows his onions, and just loves to play with it, to get it perfect, i know he did a lot of development work in regards to the up rev. Worth every penny in my book.

I shall definitely book my car in then. I've been undecided as to whether it warrants the cost but it sounds as though it certainly does! Cheers for your help everyone.

Thank you Sam, it is a beast! I drive 150 miles each way drag it all weekend, then drive 150miles home, have been doing it for the last three years, never had a problem with the engine, just the clutch last year but that was my fault, don't buy a Competition Clutch, they are terrible!
