Ok with JAE only a few months away we are going to have to look at food without confirmed numbers

The food is going to have to voter the following meals

Thursday night simple BBQ for limited numbers arriving

Friday brunch
Friday dinner

Saturday early breakfast
Saturday lunch
Saturday dinner

Sunday breakfast
Sunday brunch

The Sunday meals will be a what ever is left will get cooked as not much point the club taking it away

We are thinking the following type of food as a starter
Sausages
Burgers
Bacon
Selection of cereals
Various desert options maybe fruit alternative depending on numbers

Main meals
saturday 2 types of currys with naan bread maybe popadoms non curry alteranative available

Friday selection of wraps maybe chicken wings as well various other BBQ nibbles

With this being a longer event this year and knowing what it has cost in past year we are thinking this year will be a little higher in value but we are conscious of not exceeding the £20 per person for the whole weekend food

In past years we have had people dedicated to doing the cooking but this meant that people missed the show so this year we are asking if members would mind taking turns with the cooking to enable everyone to enjoy the full show

Please let us know your views

The above being said the more members attending will allow better bulk buys on food for the weekend so lets see your names down everyone

We will also have a selection of canned drinks available on the stand all day for a small fee cheaper than the trade stands Smile

I'd be in for that deal though if I'm cooking no guarantees it'll be done very well unless you bring a microwave and some ready meals

IS200 Sport - Sold
Mazda 6 MPS - Zoom Zoom!

Modifications
Completed:

Currently 280bhp/295lbft; 3" Meercat custom exhaust; KW Suspension; FMIC; SSP; HPFP; Custom Stainless Steel Dials - for the moment, the only set in the world!! (Till the group buy for MPSOC anyway  )

In Progress:

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

We always have a microwave just in case :-p

I'm sure with lots of people contributing to the cooking it will be a great success

In all honesty, I'd say every person would do £20 worth of food over the 4 days easily. The last few years the food has been very good, and there were always bits left over for seconds (or thirds!). The drink prices were extremely reasonable too.

Put me and Phil01 down for the food. Looking forward to it.
