03-07-2020, 02:10 AM #5Maybe it's an idea to write a big list of everything we had last year and forgot, from bread, sauces, milk, tea, cutlery, dishes etc etc and mark up next to it what's in the club budget at this time and what we need everyone to help out with.. that way hopefully everything gets covered and we don't duplicate up tons of teabags and coffee again

In mine i will be bringing my tent (and ancillaries) hopefully a portable braai (oh thats a BBQ for you english folk) and in the car will be my 24ltr electric cooler box with the days beverages which will of course be replenished once we get into town for the show with beers and vodka or what ever any further space will be taken up by a big suitcase and further bedding such as pillows and a duvet for the tent, oh and possibley a Karcher...
