my is200 has gone in to limp mode and the engine lights on with track light flicking on and off any ideas?... Or help from anyone local as in from Bristol stuck in Cardiff.

i have one but its in Bristol mate.sods law. Ive done a mast reset but after 5 miles it happens again .i changed the spark plugs on Friday and idea if that could corse it.

If you changed the spark plugs then the first thing to check will be that all the coil pack connectors are back on properly. And that you didn't dislodge any of the earthing points on the rocker cover.

ive just got a socket set so Il have a look this afternoon hopefully Il be able to fix it but on another note if i cant would the car be ok drive in limp mode?.

after much messing about found it to be the throttle playing up something on it making judder and not engaging properly making it run bad anyone stripped one down?. Cheers for help any way guys.

any one know wot can make a coil pack fail after 5mins of running time?. As i fitted two new once then the rest dropped like flies.

i cant tell you what makes them fail but i have heard on regular occasions that once one goes the rest soon go soon after. so it is usually best to swap all at the same time
