Ok, so as most of you know my IS is heading to the big scrappy in the sky. So the hunt was on for a new car. I wanted a bit of a drift slag, so RWD, turbo and jap were all musts! I looked into Supras, Soarers, Silvias, through to RX7's. But eventually I settled on this.....

A 1992 R32 Skyline GTST

Imported in 2004
144,000kms
RB20DET
Turbo technics hybrid roller bearing turbo - 04u housing
Blitz SBC boost controller
Chipped ECU
Adjustable FPR
Apexi air filter
Blitz Nur Spec exhaust
3" stainless decat pipe
3" stainless downpipe
Walbro 255 fuel pump
RSP splitfire coilpacks
NGK grade 8 iridium spark plugs
19 row oil cooler
Oil filter relocation kit
Braided oil lines
Front Mount Intercooler
HKS SSQV - dump valve
Mirror polished air filter relocator
HKS boost gauge
Swoosh oil temp gauge
Braided brake lines
DBA crossed and drilled discs
Mintex racing brake pads
Tein Superstreet coilovers
Pillowball topmounts
Front strut brace
HICAS locking bar and box
Rays Engineering 17x8 and 17x9 split rims
R32 GTR bucket seats
R32 GTR bonnet
R33 GTR front grill
R32 GTR sideskirts
R32 GTR rear spats
Alpine head unit
Apline component speakers
Veilside gearknob
Momo steering wheel
Ultralite wheel nuts
Cat 1 Clifford alarm
Glove box boost controller and guage holder
New water pump and cambelt

I was told she is running roughly 380bhp, but after driving her about for the day I reckon it probably more like 320-340bhp. Will need to get her on a rolling road to find out!

There is still plenty to get my teeth into, the rear arches are on their way out so I need to get them cut out. Perfect excuse to fit some wideass rear overfenders.

The wheels need a good refurb, just need to decide on a colour.

Then I need to revert to type and get her sat on the floor, but not too low Wink

Oh, and get rid if the black bonnet!

It's safe to say I am pretty chuffed, she pulls like a train, and the sound is amazing! I have some awesome plans, so watch this space!

Cheers folks, I'm super pleased with her.

I have discovered the first mod I need to do, replace the battery!

The second is put some decent rubber on the wheels, it's a touch twitchy in the wet!
