I get mine from ebay, just make sure they will work with your kit. I'm getting very annoyed with replacing them though, I've gone through about 6 now and I've only had them in 2 years.

If you switch to LED angel eyes you won't need ballasts

Not sure mate but it was well and truely gone the plastic casing had melted and warped,
