Hi everyone, I bought a aftermarket front bumper from a company online just before Christmas for around £300. When it arrived I tried to test fit it before I sent it to my mate for spraying and it didn't fit at all, it's miles out! So I got in contact with the company and told them and sent them pictures of it not fitting and there reply was they needed to hear it from a bodyshop with at least 3years experience. So I booked it in with a local bodyshop and got them to try and fit it and take pictures of it not fitting, they did that and then spoke to the company for me to tell them why it's not fitting. And they are now saying that the bodyshop dosent know what there talking about. The company has now said they will take the bumper back but will only refund me the money for the bumper but not for the delivery to me or back to them let alone the £50 I spent taking it to a bodyshop! Or take it to a bodyshop that they know. So I'm waiting for this company to book me into one of there approved bodyshops, because I'm not sending it back at my cost and losing out cos it's there fault.

Has anyone had any problems like this? What would you do?

Thanks for reading.

Consumer law is on your side so let them play silly games and then let a judge sort it out.
